Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, you must let Gilcrease Orchard know of cancellation more than72 hours to event date. Less than 72 hours, a refund will not be issued. If inclement weather occurs, we can reschedule.

Photoshoot Location Rates: $100 per hour. If you go past the designated time, we reserve the right to charge $25 per 15 minutes.
This booking is for location only, Gilcrease Orchard does not provide photographers.
We can NOT accommodate last minute bookings that were not booked through the website.
Confirm time slots first before committing to clients as availability is very seasonal. Ensure staff and orchard are available prior to booking with clients.
Mini sessions/multiple groups you MUST book a minimum of 2 hours. If you book 1 hour, and multiple groups show, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
Photoshoot times are based on seasons and staff availability.

By entering on Gilcrease Orchard property for an event or otherwise, you acknowledge that Gilcrease Orchard is a working orchard with inherent risks, potential hazards, and unforeseen circumstances, including the risk of physical injury. You agree to indemnify Gilcrease Orchard against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and judgments including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your visit to Gilcrease Orchard, for you as well as for all attendees for which you are responsible. You further release and forever discharge Gilcrease Orchard and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives and agents from all causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which you or any attendees for which you are responsible, may have arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person or property that may be sustained from your visit to Gilcrease Orchard.
