Celebrate Petals for Parkinson's

with Friends of Parkinson's and Gilcrease Orchard

Celebrate the Parkinson awareness flower, the Tulip! Tulips were planted by community volunteers and will bloom for a field of joyful colors. Beautiful picture opportunities await!

Learn about Parkinson's disease and awareness from Friends of Parkinson's and other community groups.

*Update* The tulips in the field are too small to pick due to unpredictable weather.

You can purchase pre-picked tulip stems for $1 each to take pictures with and take home.

Blossoms on the fruit trees are still blooming and beautiful as well!

Ticket Price $5 per person:

  • 1 ticket per person
  • Ages 5 years old and under are free
  • As this is a special event, we will not be able to reimburse if you are not able to attend
  • Please arrive within 15 minutes of the time on your ticket
  • Last ticket is time is 1:15PM and event ends at 2PM

Included with each ticket is:

  • Entry for 1 person to access the orchard to view and enjoy the tulip and ranunculus field
  • Hay wagon ride through the beautiful orchard

Not Included:

  • This event will not have produce or donuts for purchase

Be Prepared:

  • A long walk through areas of sun and unlevel ground
  • Wear sturdy closed toed shoes
  • *Bees may be active on flowers*

Feel free to enjoy the field of flowers, straw maze, view the educational chicken coop, desert tortoise habitats, observational bee hive, burrowing owls, and more! Additional items may be available for purchase.

NOTICE:

  • Due to capacity limitations we are not able to accommodate walk ins at this Petals for Parkinson's special event.
  • For food safety purpose, pets are not allowed. We allow ADA service animals that have been trained to perform specific tasks for their owners. The ADA does not recognize emotional support animals in this category.
  • Not allowed on property: drones, pets (ADA recognized service animals welcome), large props, or alcohol.
  • We cannot guarantee the quantity and quality of any flower/blossoms due to potential weather conditions.

Gilcrease Orchard will have limited operations and will not have produce or donuts for purchase during this event.
